Job Title:  Junior Litigation Associate – Real Estate

Location: New York City, NY

Salary/Payrate: $130K-$160K/year and AWESOME benefits!!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Secured Financing enforcement proceedings
• Drafting Dispositive Motions and injunctions
• Handling State and Federal Court Appearances
• Preparing pleadings, motions, dispositive documents.

Qualifications:

• Two (2)+ years practicing in real estate litigation.
• Must be licensed in New York and New Jersey, in good standing.
• Must possess a law degree from an ABA Accredited Law School.
