Job Description:

A growing and highly respected defense practice is seeking Junior and Senior Associates to join its General Liability team in Atlanta. This opportunity offers hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and significant growth potential within a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage general liability defense matters
• Conduct depositions and court appearances
• Draft and argue motions
• Handle discovery and case strategy
• Maintain a billable requirement of 1,800–2,000 hours annually

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Georgia bar license
• Minimum of 1 year of general liability or litigation experience
• Deposition and motion practice experience preferred
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
