Salary/Payrate: $60K to $155K annually W2

Work Environment: Hybrid – 4-days onsite, 1 day remote per week after initial orientation period

Term: Long-term Contract (12 months) with possible opportunity of conversion after 6 months

Job Description:

Our federal client is looking to hire a Tier 2 LAN-WIFI/Voice Engineer at their facility in Raleigh, NC 27668. Please send your resume in WORD format should you be interested in exploring this role. The position is on a contract to hire basis and will pay an annual salary of $60K to $155K (dependent on experience) on a W2 basis with full benefits and PTO.

***Due to the required clearance with our government client, only US Citizens, Green Card and Green Card EAD holders may be considered. Clearance requires that the candidates have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days***

Provide engineering and technical support to our client with advisement and assistance with radio system programming utilizing the Radio Management software. Supplier will produce and deliver a Monthly Inventory Report to summarize current fleet of radio equipment. Report should contain the following information:

• Device Type/model
• Current configuration/Codeplug
• Location of device (Plant site info)
• Name of location, address, FDBID

Other needs include:

• Coordinate with LMR service provider and/or Project Management (“PM”) as applicable.

• Assist in the development of internal documentation pertaining to system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

• Help develop local agency/user surveys.

• Help ensure that installed LMR equipment is maintained with FCC and client stipulated requirements.
