Job Description:

Our federal client is seeking an AI Developer at their facility in Washington, DC 20260. Please send your resume in WORD format should you be interested in exploring this role. The position is on a contract to hire basis and will pay an annual salary of $87K to $150K (dependent on experience) on a W2 basis with full benefits and PTO.

***Due to the required clearance with our government client, only US Citizens, Green Card and Green Card EAD holders may be considered. Clearance requires that the candidates have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days***

The assigned resource will be responsible for developing the AI program focused on automating requirements and test case preparation, utilizing Visual Studio Code, Python, Copilot AI, and other tools provided by our client.

Description: AI Developer 

• Collaborate with Requirements and Test Automation teams to identify high-impact use cases for generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
• Train and mentor assigned resources on effective AI utilization, including:
• Using AI to develop technical requirements from business user stories.
• Integrating AI with the current test automation framework to create test scripts.
• Design and implement prototypes and pilot AI-enabled solutions for Requirements and Test Automation.
• Develop guidance, best practices, and toolkits to support teams in integrating AI into daily workflows.
• Propose AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and providing actionable recommendations.
• Document process changes using agreed standards, methods, and tools to maintain consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Design and implement automated solutions leveraging Visual Studio, Python, and generative AI.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing software systems and databases.
• Provide technical oversight and review work completed by other team members.
• Demonstrate professionalism, deliver quality service, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
