Job Description:

A well-established and growing defense firm is seeking Junior and Senior Associates to join its Workers’ Compensation Defense practice in Atlanta. What You’ll Do:

• Handle workers’ compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
• Manage case strategy, discovery, depositions, hearings, and client communication
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented environment
• Maintain a billable requirement of 1,800–2,000 hours annually

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice in Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of workers’ compensation defense experience (or strong interest in the practice area for junior-level candidates)
• Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills
