Job Description: 

AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a top tier firm in the houston area in search of an Associate Attorney . The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience managing matters in public finance or in a transactional practice. This position will be exposed to the business development portion of the practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with transactional and/or public finance matters including: 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Representing special purpose districts;
• Preparing for board meetings;
• Contract review;
• State and regulatory compliance;
• Drafting documents related to public securities;
• Other duties.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as an associate attorney.
• JD from an ABA accredited law school
