Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft liquor, cannabis, and ancillary applications for locations throughout the country
• Communicate with clients to collect information and documents, including confidential personal information
• Communicate effectively with regulators
• Research licensing requirements for jurisdictions throughout the country
• Provide administrative support, including organizing and preparing documents for attorney review, and coordinating execution and distribution of documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four-year college degree and paralegal certificate, J.D., or other appropriate combination of education and job experience
• At least three years of law firm, in-house, or governmental experience preferred
• Experience with liquor applications in Washington State, Illinois, California, and New York preferred
• Experience with TTB filings is preferred, including experience with permits, Certificates of Label Approval, and formula approval applications
