Job Description:

Established Florida based law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their well-established and highly regarded practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney looking to work with a collaborative team and sophisticated client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including:
• Last Wills & Testaments
• Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
• Powers of Attorney and ancillary documents
• Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish
• Maintain direct client relationships with a high level of professionalism and service

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in trusts & estates and estate administration
• LL.M. in Taxation or related field preferred
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, personable, and client-focused with a strong work ethic
