The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in research, writing, cite-checking, and e-discovery; trial experience and experience with Relativity software is a plus. This role requires a strong combination of case-based project management skills and a high level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience communicating with a diverse set of clients.
- Assist with case-based research, writing, and data entry.
- Code/produce documents using Relativity.
- Track discovery deadlines.
- Impressive research and writing skills.
- Experience drafting complaints.
- Experience with document collection and reviewing document productions.
- PowerPoint proficiency, exhibiting both an analytical and creative eye.
- Competent in Excel and possess analytical capabilities to perform factual analysis.
- Proficiency in Relativity is considered a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- Exemplary communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, co-counsel, and clients.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Developed reputation for being accurate, dependable, efficient, and smart.
