JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a well-established litigation law firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy team of attorneys within their insurance defense practice. This position will provide administrative and litigation support to six attorneys while collaborating with two additional Legal Administrative Assistants on the team.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys within the litigation practice
- Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case-related scheduling
- Handle electronic filing in Washington State courts
- Assist with Oregon Odyssey e-filing and Serve Washington filings
- Support filings in Western and Eastern Courts of Appeals
- Assist attorneys with discovery preparation and management
- Provide support with trial preparation and case organization
- Maintain electronic case files using the firm’s document management system
- Conduct legal research using LexisNexis when needed
- Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and case needs are met
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrative Assistant
- Experience supporting litigation practices
- Experience with court e-filing systems
- Familiarity with Washington State court filings preferred
- Experience with insurance defense or appellate work is a plus, but not required
- Candidates from medical malpractice, personal injury, workers’ compensation, or general litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
