Salary/Payrate: $90K-$120K

Work Environment:  Hybrid, (3 days in office/up to 2 remote) after 3 month ramp up

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client a well-regarded law firm is looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their Seattle team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys across all stages of civil litigation, from case initiation through trial and appeal
• Investigate case facts, interview witnesses, and gather supporting evidence
• Draft, revise, and manage legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and document productions (electronic and physical)
• Coordinate discovery, including document review, privilege logs, and productions
• Prepare trial materials such as notebooks, exhibits, and witness files
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances while liaising with legal stakeholders
• Utilize eDiscovery tools and litigation support software
• Communicate with clients, counsel, courts, and experts while maintaining confidentiality
• Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience; strong knowledge of court procedures
• Bachelor’s degree; ABA paralegal certificate preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Able to work independently, collaborate effectively, and handle sensitive information professionally
