Our client, a respected boutique litigation law firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Commercial Litigation Paralegal to assist their attorneys during a busy trial preparation period. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced paralegal to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of trial preparation, including organizing case files and exhibits.
• Create and maintain trial and exhibit binders (both electronic and hard copy).
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and summarize findings.
• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Manage discovery materials and maintain document organization for ongoing litigation.
• Provide general litigation support as needed to attorneys and staff.



Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Proficiency with Westlaw and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan for the full two-month duration.
