Our client is a mid-sized litigation firm, seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 - 4 years of experience. They are looking for someone with strong legal research and writing abilities, with attention to detail and analytical thinking, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Construction experience is a plus with public and private works claims for change order disputes, delay and disruption claims, and mechanic’s lien issues would be a definite bonus, but not absolutely necessary.

The Associate is responsible for:

• Research and analysis
• Solid writer with good foundation in the California Code of Civil Procedure, discovery, and law and motion
• Document review
• Client representation
• Case management
• Collaboration and learning
• Billing/revenue generation

Qualifications:

• JD from accredited law school
• Admission or eligibility for admission to CA state bar
