Our client, a small and highly respected litigation firm in Chesterfield, Missouri, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join their legal team. Responsibilities

• Prepare draft pleadings, discovery responses, outgoing discovery, and other legal documents.
• Maintain and manage all case deadlines, court dates, and hearings.
• Utilize firm checklists and workflow tools to track cases from pre-litigation through trial.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and support their case progress.
• Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
• Participate directly in trial preparation and attend trials alongside the legal team.

Qualifications

• Prior litigation experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and workflows.
