We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Litigation Staff Attorney to join a well-respected, client-focused virtual law firm known for its expertise in civil litigation. This is a full-time remote position (can live anywhere in the state of Tennesse), with the option to work from Arrington, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and be comfortable managing cases independently, including arguing motions and preparing for trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Argue motions and attend hearings in Tennessee courts
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a virtual environment
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service

Preferred Experience:

• Trial experience
• Real estate litigation
• Contract disputes
• Business litigation
• Probate litigation

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee law license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
