Our federal client is looking to hire a Website, UI/UX Designer for a 100% REMOTE role. Please send your resume in WORD format should you be interested in exploring this role. The position is on a contract to hire basis and will pay an hourly rate of $25/HR to $53/HR 1099, dependent on experience. We also offer the option of a W2 annual salary of $68K to $103K, with full benefits and PTO.
***Due to the required clearance with our government client, only US Citizens, Green Card and Green Card EAD holders may be considered. Clearance requires that the candidates have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days***
Our client is seeking a professional website designer with update skills including UI/UX, The following minimum requirements.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)
UI (User Interface) Design
UX (User Experience) Design
Collaboration & Strategy
Use AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma’s AI features, Uizard, Galileo AI, or Midjourney for conceptual visuals)
• Employ AI for UX research and user journey mapping (e.g., use ChatGPT for content design, heuristic reviews)
• Understand how to integrate AI-powered components into the site — e.g., recommendation engines, chat assistants, or predictive dashboards
• Stay current on AI-driven prototyping and automation for design handoffs
• 5+ years in product design or UX for large-scale applications
• Past experience on projects with high traffic (100k+ daily users) or enterprise-level B2B portals
• Proven ability to design and collaborate across functions (engineering, finance, data, operations)
• References or case studies showing measurable success (user engagement, conversion, or usability improvement)
