Salary/Payrate: $68K - $75K

Work Environment: Onsite- 8:30 – 5PM (37.5 hours week)

Job Description:

Our client, an AV-rated law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its Medical Malpractice Group. The Firm offers sophisticated clients, challenging and meaningful work, a friendly and collegial environment, and excellent compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive support to multiple attorneys
• Managing calendars, scheduling deadlines, and coordinating meetings
• Preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and correspondence
• Maintaining case files and assisting with other administrative and case-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a legal assistant in medical malpractice
• Proven ability to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with a professional demeanor
• Demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
