JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a confidential opportunity for a Construction Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative team supporting approximately 7–9 attorneys. This individual will play a key role in managing litigation matters, with a strong focus on trial preparation and eDiscovery. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to operate with minimal supervision while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle eDiscovery processes, including ESI management and document review using Relativity or similar platforms
• Support full trial lifecycle, including trial preparation and attendance
• Assist with deposition prep, discovery, and overall case management
• Maintain billing time and support attorneys with day-to-day litigation needs
• Coordinate and organize case materials with strong attention to detail

Required Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong litigation background with hands-on trial preparation experience
• Proven eDiscovery experience (ESI required; Relativity strongly preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Excellent organizational and executive functioning skills
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
• Experience coming from smaller firms is acceptable

Nice to Have:

• Construction law experience (not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the practice area
