Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: Branchville, NJ, 07890
Salary/Payrate: $16 - $18/hr + benefits!

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve system-related errors promptly and accurately. Manage emails and shared mailboxes using Microsoft Outlook to ensure timely responses and task completion. Organize completed work for designated processes and archive outdated documents in accordance with retention guidelines. Process returned mail and complete daily proof of mailing activities. Clear OFAC error messages in accordance with compliance requirements. Print, send, and upload policy documents for states that are not supported by automated systems. Distribute Workers' Compensation posters and respond to related email requests. Process and distribute additional interest insurance policy copies. Support multiple departments by ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks.

Multitask across systems and workflows while managing multiple priorities. Execute defined processes for mail handling, policy processing, and error resolution. Validate data accuracy by reviewing emails, reports, documents, and policy information for completeness and correctness. Manage documents by organizing files, maintaining digital archives, and keeping records current.
Technical Skills:
Navigate multiple insurance systems with efficiency and confidence. Use Microsoft Outlook to monitor and manage shared inboxes and prioritize incoming requests. Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word. Develop basic presentations and visual materials using Microsoft PowerPoint. Identify, research, and resolve basic system errors and reporting issues. Organize and maintain digital files within SharePoint or similar platforms.
