Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a boutique firm in the Houston area in search of a Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have at 5-7 of experience managing matters as a Litigation Attorney ideally in a defense setting. This position will be primarily exposed to a litigation docket of professional liability, commercial litigation, and corporate litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing matters from file to trial. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Taking and defending depositions;
• Managing matters from file to trial;
• Drafting motions;
• Attending mediation;
• Legal research;
• Client advisement;
• Attending and preparing for trial. 

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
