Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: Seattle, WA 98101

Salary/Payrate: $75K-$95K

Work Environment: Hybrid 2 days in office/3 remote (after ramp up)

Term: DH

Our client, a well-regarded law firm, is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their Seattle team.    



Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain, organize, evaluate, and manage client records, electronic data, and other potentially relevant case materials.
  • Perform litigation, criminal, civil, social media, and background research; secure properly authenticated records when required.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, orders, discovery, disclosures, notices, affidavits, declarations, settlement agreements, dismissals, and related litigation documents for attorney review.
  • Support summary judgment motions by verifying deposition citations, compiling exhibits, and preparing appendices.
  • Manage document production, including Bates numbering, confidentiality reviews, and redaction of privileged or sensitive information.
  • Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, evidence, witness lists, subpoenas, case files, and other trial materials; coordinate witness preparation and provide in-court support.
  • Conduct legal and factual research using firm databases, online resources, and electronic research platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues and provide assistance across the team as needed.



Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
  • Labor and employment litigation experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization, project management, and deadline-management skills.
  • Ability to navigate and support matters across multiple state and federal jurisdictions.
  • Self-directed, dependable, adaptable, inquisitive, and collaborative.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, document management systems, document review platforms, and eDiscovery technology.
  • Experience with Relativity and/or Everlaw strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with TrialDirector, OnCue, or comparable trial presentation software is a plus.
