Job Title: Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant

Location: Hackensack NJ 07601

Salary/Payrate: $90-$115K and AWESOME benefits!!!

Work Environment: Hybrid (2 of days WFH)

Term: Permanent / Fulltime

Bachelor’s degree required: Preferred

Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired



 

JOB DESCRIPTION


Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support its attorneys and associates across multiple practice areas, including Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax, and Trusts & Estates.

 



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and associates in various practice areas
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and client communication
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meetings
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support the preparation of legal documents and correspondence

 



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of legal administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and InTapp
  • Knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint is a plus
