Job Description:

We are conducting a confidential search for a mid-level Complex Litigation Attorney (Federal Courts) to join a national practice focused on high-stakes federal matters.

Key Responsibilities

This role offers immediate, substantive responsibility, including:

• Managing and executing complex discovery
• Drafting and arguing motions to dismiss and other dispositive motions
• Contributing to case strategy in significant federal litigation matters
• Working directly with partners on cases involving major corporate and technology clients

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in commercial or federal litigation
• Strong experience with federal court practice, including Motion To Dismiss briefing
• Experience with defamation, First Amendment, privacy, or technology-related litigation is must have
• Admission to a federal bar (or ability to obtain quickly),
• Admission to State Bar license in either California, Florida, Texas, or Virginia
• Must live near any of the offices in the cities below:

o  Austin TX.

o  Alexandria, VA.

o  West Palm Beach, FL.

o  San Francisco, CA.
