Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Location: REMOTE

Salary/Payrate: $300K-$400K annually plus a discretionary bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!

Term: Permanent / Fulltime

Referral Fee: AMS will pay a $1500 referral fee should the person you refer gets hired

 

 

Job Description: 

Our client, one the nation’s elite commercial litigation boutiques, is seeking an experienced, Florida and NY licensed, Litigation Attorney on a fully remote basis. This is a full time role paying an annual base salary of $300K to $400K plus a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits package.

 

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional responsive and client driven services. Someone who has a strong drive and outstanding judgement.

 

Basic requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of legal experience is required. Law firm or professional services experience required.
  • Proven ability to handle sophisticated legal matters with minimal supervision.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Licensed to practice in FL. NY, TX, and other additional jurisdictions a plus.
  • Demonstrate success handling complex, high value disputes.
  • Collaborative and team focused.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead or senior counsel on complex commercial litigation, investigations, appeals, and other significant disputes.
  • Deliver strategic, business focused legal counsel to clients and high-stake matters.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, consultants, and communications professionals to advance client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Identify emerging legal risks, opportunities, and litigation trends relevant to clients and the firm.
  • Manage case strategy, consultants, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
