Work Environment: 37.5 hour work week and 100% Onsite

Job Description:
A title and real estate services office in Ringgold is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while supporting the daily operations of the office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression
- Answer incoming calls and assist buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Contact buyers and sellers regarding upcoming closings
- Assist with pre-closing activities and appointment scheduling
- Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas remain organized and presentable
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
- Create and post content on social media platforms
- Coordinate office schedules and calendars
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
- Prior reception, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
