Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join one of its clients in the Post Oak area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience assisting with a docket of Complex Litigation matters from inception to trial on the support side. This candidate must have file to trial experience supporting attorneys and paralegals with a docket of complex litigation matters with minimal supervision. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Preparing shells; 
• Maintaining calendars;
• Assisting with reimbursements;
• Saving documents to files;
• Assisting attorneys with travel arrangements;
• Managing court correspondence and communications;

Experience:

• 5+ years of litigation experience as a legal assistant with a preferred background in complex/multi district matters.
