Our client is seeking a skilled receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees. This role plays a critical role in delivering a concierge level experience.
Required
- 3+ years as a receptionist or in a front – office administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients, visitors, vendors, and other professionals;
- Coordinate visitor registration
- Validate parking;
- Manage access cards;
- Handle multi line phone system;
- Scheduling conference rooms;
- Assist in supporting local office events and assist in clerical tasks;
- Prepare and submit office invoices for Director approval;
- Providing backup support to other office staff;
- Draft internal communications;
- Maintain internal contacts lists;
- Assist Office Services manager and Director of Administration.
Essential Skills

- Ability to work overtime;
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
- 3–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, construction, and development (law firm experience preferred; in-house experience considered).
- Notary Public license required.
