Our client is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Paralegal to handle litigation cases in Federal Courts in various districts around the country. Prior experience working on intellectual property litigation cases is preferred but not required. This individual will be expected to be able to work on various aspects of IP and other litigation cases independently with assistance and guidance from a supervising attorney.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• At least 3 years’ experience litigating cases (IP).
• Strong communication skills
• Approachability and able to build rapport with clients to strengthen relationships
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage a large caseload
• Ability to collaborate with team members.
• Able to handle all aspects of litigation discovery with supervision.
• Familiarity with PACER and ECF systems.
• Able to assist with written discovery
• Accessibility and a willingness to take calls after hours or on weekends if necessary
• Experience assisting attorneys prepare for trials preferred but not required.
