JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience with Construction is preferred, must have litigation experience. Will also consider insurance defense experience.

Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a Construction Practice Group. This role involves managing complex construction‑related cases, including defect, delay, contract, and general liability matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with case management from intake through trial preparation
• Draft and prepare discovery, subpoenas, summaries, and litigation support documents
• Organize and review construction project records and discovery materials
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, site inspections, and expert communications
• Prepare exhibits, timelines, and trial materials
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and organized case files
• E-filing legal documents in state and federal court

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience; construction or insurance defense preferred
• Paralegal Certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong writing, organization, and case‑management skills
• Experience with e‑filing and document review platforms
• Ability to work independently in a high volume, fast‑paced environment
