We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide first-line technical support, manage hardware and software systems, and ensure seamless technology operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems while supporting end-users with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Install and configure hardware such as Dell/HP laptops and peripherals, ensuring devices are fully equipped with required drivers.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user account creation and management in the Admin Center.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) for user and resource management.
- Set up and configure Microsoft Teams VoIP phone systems for efficient communication.
- Collaborate with end-users to address technical issues, offer training, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of Teams VoIP phone systems and their configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900), or similar.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting.
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
