Job Description: 

AMS Staffing is seekign an experienced Controller to manage all aspects of the accounting departmetn in a Law Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all acounting activities and maintaining the firm’s financial information. This role will work closely with the Managing Partner, the Firm Administrator, Partners, Attorneys, Paralegals, and other staff.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Supervise accounting department;
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements;
• Maintain accounting system;
• Work with exteranal tax accountants to facilitate quarterly estimates, annual forms, and tax returns;
• Supervise monthly close;

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a CPA in a mulity entry role with 5+ years of supervisory experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
• CPA required.
