Salary/Payrate: $80,000 – $110,000+ (salary negotiable DOE depending on experience and role level) + bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!  

Work Environment: Hybrid

Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant 

Downtown Seattle | Mid-Size, Full-Service Law Firm

Our client is a mid-size, full-service law firm located in downtown Seattle serving a diverse client base that includes professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, closely held family-owned businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and global industry leaders. The firm is currently hiring three Litigation Legal Administrative Assistants:

  • 1 Senior-level role (10+ years of litigation experience)
  • 2 Mid-level roles (minimum of 5 years of litigation experience)



Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive litigation administrative support to attorneys
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Calendar court deadlines, virtual and in-office meetings, and follow up with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Maintain electronic client files, including saving and organizing documents in multiple formats
  • Draft and format legal correspondence and pleadings
  • Proofread correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
  • Research and apply court rules in multiple jurisdictions
  • E-file documents in State and Federal courts
  • Prepare and format legal documents including tables of contents, tables of authorities, styles, and track changes




Qualifications


Senior-Level Role:

  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience


Midlevel Roles:

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience




For All Roles:

  • Proven experience supporting multiple attorneys across different practice areas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Adobe Pro, OneDrive, SharePoint, and document management systems
  • Experience with ProLaw is a plus
