Our client is seeking a Board-Certified Litigation Paralegal with Trial experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years managing a docket of personal injury cases and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have trial experience and be able to carry a case from inception to trial. 

Required

• Board certification;
• Trial attendance;
• 5+ years’ experience in personal injury matters;
• File to trial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions;
• Conducting discovery (both propounding and responding to);
• Coordinating experts;
• Obtaining witness statements;
• Assisting with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation and trial attendance;
• Managing litigation calendar.

Education & Experience

• TBLS Board Certification
• 5+ years managing third party claims as a litigation paralegal.
• Trial experience.
