Job Description:

Contract Litigation Attorney (Mass Tort / Litigation Support Focus) 100% REMOTE

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney for a long-term contract assignment supporting a high-volume litigation team. This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy analytical, behind-the-scenes litigation work rather than courtroom advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Evaluate and determine the need for subpoenas
• Prepare deposition outlines
• Develop witness preparation materials and kits
• Draft discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy

Scope of Role

This position is focused on litigation support functions and will not include:

• Drafting pleadings
• Arguing motions
• Court appearances

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of litigation experience (required)
• Experience in **Mass Tort Litigation strongly preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

Location & Licensing

• Must be licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Must reside in a state where the firm has office - CA, DE, DC, FL, MA, MI, NC, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA
• Preference for candidates in the Pittsburgh area, though not required

Assignment Details

• Duration: Approximately 6 months (with potential for extension)
• Schedule: 35–40 hours per week
• Exclusivity: No concurrent legal employment permitted during the assignment
