Contract Litigation Attorney (Mass Tort / Litigation Support Focus) 100% REMOTE
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney for a long-term contract assignment supporting a high-volume litigation team. This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy analytical, behind-the-scenes litigation work rather than courtroom advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Evaluate and determine the need for subpoenas
- Prepare deposition outlines
- Develop witness preparation materials and kits
- Draft discovery responses
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Scope of Role
This position is focused on litigation support functions and will not include:
- Drafting pleadings
- Arguing motions
- Court appearances
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of litigation experience (required)
- Experience in **Mass Tort Litigation strongly preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Location & Licensing
- Must be licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Must reside in a state where the firm has office - CA, DE, DC, FL, MA, MI, NC, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA
- Preference for candidates in the Pittsburgh area, though not required
