Job Description: 

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an litigation paralegal to join one of its clients in the Greenway area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience independently managing a docket of Personal Injury Litigation matters from inception to trial. This candidate must have file to trial experience managing a docket of personal injury litigation matters with minimal supervision. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Managing discovery; 
• Prepare and compile documents for depositions;
• Draft Motions/Pleadings;
• Coordinate with experts;
• Trial attendance/ trial preparation;
• Preparing first drafts of motions;

Experience:

• 5+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background in personal injury matters.
