JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview

Our client, an esteemed global law firm, is seeking talented and motivated attorneys to join U.S. insurance coverage practice. Position will be based in the firm’s Houston and Austin offices, with remote flexibility available for the ideal candidate.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of meaningful insurance coverage experience.
• Strong litigation background required.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing coverage issues and handling bad-faith matters.
• Proven ability to draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Experience managing discovery in insurance coverage litigation matters.
• Annual billable hour requirement of 1,920 hours.
• Experience taking or defending depositions, attending court hearings or conferences, and arguing motions is beneficial but not required.
