Our client, an AM Law 50 firm, is looking to hire a Document Services Workflow Coordinator at their offices in New York City 10019. This is a full time, direct hire role paying an annual salary of $95K to $105K plus a performance-based bonus and excellent benefits package. 

 

Our client is looking for a FT workflow coordinator with excellent technical, customer service and communication skills joining the Document Services Team Monday-Friday in the New York Office.  This is a remote position with minimal onsite requirements as follows:1) during the initial training period, 2) once monthly onsite collaboration days, and 3) the potential for one-off/rare onsite needs.  Base schedule is Monday-Friday 1p-9p.  However, schedule will vary based on operational needs between the 11a to 11p EST time frame.

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with clients regarding project submissions, including seeking additional information, negotiating deadlines and providing status updates
  • Assesses requests, leveraging superior knowledge of applications and processing best practices
  • Logs work in the ServiceNow system
  • Assigns work to operators and proofreaders
  • Provides coverage for absent front desk staff (Supervisors and Lead Operators)
  • Works closely with Supervisors to determine parameters of deliverables and assess available bandwidth
  • Collaborates in a team environment to complete complex projects.

  

Job Specifications

  • Client-forward sensibilities and exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ workflow, intake or coordination experience in a document production environment within the legal industry
  • High level of knowledge in Word 2016, Excel 2016, PowerPoint 2016 and Adobe DC required
  • Comprehensive understanding of Outlook, Visio, DocXtools, Best Authority, Litera Change-Pro, Adobe Acrobat DC, iManage, Contract Companion and Kofax Power PDF
  • Proofreading skills and familiarity with business vocabulary and legal terminology a plus
